Basically, I've started some 'clean eating'.
Simply by this I mean blending some healthy things together and drinking them for breakfast.
Firstly I started with this:
Two Bananas
300g of Sliced Mango
1 cup of Baby Spinach
3 TBSP Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 cups of Almond Milk
3/4 Ice Cubes
I blended it all together to create this concoction:
It may look like a mushed up glass of the incredible hulk; but I tell you, it was delicious.
I wasn't hungry for at least 5/6 hours after I'd had this for breakfast. The seeds were very crunchy; which created a texture I wasn't keen on. I then read the benefits of Hemp seeds and wished I'd added more to this smoothie. They are ideally their own little fruit which has an almond/hazelnut taste (went well with the milk), their jam packed with omega 3 and 6! Delightful!
